Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Cushion Pets mobile game (formerly “Pawzzle”) ("the App") collects, why, and the choices you have. The App is published by Museba Games ("we", "us").
1. Summary
- You can play without creating an account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
- Your progress (levels, coins, pets, settings) is stored only on your device.
- The App shows ads (Google AdMob), offers optional in-app purchases (Google Play Billing) and can send optional daily reminders that are scheduled on your device only. These services process limited device and usage data as described below.
- We measure how the game is played (for example which levels are finished or where players get stuck) with our own self-hosted analytics, using a random install ID. You can turn this off in Settings.

2a. Our own game analytics
To improve the game we collect anonymous usage events with Matomo, an open-source analytics tool that we host ourselves (analytics.museba.site). No third party receives this data.
- What: game events (app opened, level started / finished / failed, hints used, tutorial steps, ads watched, purchases made, without payment details), app version, device model, Android version, screen size, language, and a random install ID created by the App. Your IP address is shortened (anonymized) before it is stored.
- What not: no name, email, Advertising ID, contacts or precise location.
- Turn it off: Settings › "Share anonymous usage data". Uninstalling the App also deletes the random install ID.
- Retention: raw events are kept for up to 14 months and then deleted; only aggregated statistics are kept longer.
3. Advertising choices
- If you are in a region where consent is required, the App asks for your choice on first launch. You can change it at any time from Privacy settings on the App's home screen.
- You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads).
- The optional "Remove Ads" purchase removes banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded videos stay available only when you choose to watch them.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
We rely on your consent for personalized advertising, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the game for non-personalized ads. Purchases are processed to perform the contract with you.
5. Data retention and deletion
Game progress stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data. Anonymous analytics events are kept on our own analytics server as described in section 2a; we do not keep any other data about you. Data processed by Google is kept under Google's retention policies.
6. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
All services listed above, including our own analytics, transmit data over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK or US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced in the App.
